William Ubique DWYER: criminal damage, assault and intent to commit breach of the peace on several dates between 23 August and 30 August 1974 at Windsor Great Park, Berkshire. As organiser of the 'Windsor Free Festival', Dwyer invited large numbers of people to congregate which created unsanitary conditions and caused unlawful traffic congestion. Convicted.
