Rolf Dietrich Waldemar HORN: German. Recruited to the Abwehr in 1940, HORN was posted to Finland to work under Alexander CELLARIUS and trained Finnish seamen in wireless telegraphy and secret ink. He was interrogated in 1945 and the file includes organisation charts of the Abwehr before and after it was absorbed in the RSHA, based on his interrogation and that of CELLARIUS
