Lease, for £7 11s 4d, of a messuage in Bovetowne [Bovetownw] in Glaston [Glastonbury], Somerset, 14d rent, a close of pasture in Estbackwerre [East Backwear] in Glastonbury (4 acres), 3 s 6d, 7 acres of land in 3 fields in Glastonbury, 3s l0d, (late of the office of almoner of the monastery of Glaston [Glastonbury Abbey]), parcel of the manor of Glastonbury, (late of Edward [Seymour], duke of Somerset), a coppice in Tonywell (1½ acres) and 2 small meadows called Longe Meade, 5s, a close of arable land called Whitleyes (2½ acres), etc, in Spaxton, Somerset, parcel of the demesne lands of the manor of Playnesfeld [Plainsfield in Over Stowey], Somerset, 6 acres of land called le Churche Lande, in Tollesford, Somerset, the free chapel in Yowen, otherwise Awen [Ewen in Kemble], Wiltshire [now Gloucestershire], and a close of pasture adjoining, and 6 acres of arable land and meadow in Kemble and Ewen, Wiltshire [now Gloucestershire], and tithes belonging to the free chapel in Ewen, for 21 years, at 9s 6d, 17s 4d, 2s, and 3s 4d a year.
