Transcript of assignment by (1) Thomas Hanbury, esq, bailiff and collector of the queen's rents in the manor of Tewkesburie [Tewkesbury], Gloucestershire, to (2) Elizabeth I: of a bond.
By reason of his bailiwick, Hanbury is indebted to the queen in various sums of money. By bond 2 Dec 29 Eliz [1586], Thomas Cossewarthe of Cossewarth [Coswarth in Colan], Cornwall, is bound to Thomas Hanbury in £100.
Assignment to the queen.
