Ladislas GIBART, aliases Louis DOBOS-GIBARTY, Ladislas, Otto, Laszlo, Wladislaw DOBOS, DUBOSCH, GIBARDI: Hungarian. GIBART left Hungary in about 1925. Before, during and after the war, he worked, often in a journalistic capacity, for a number of anti-Fascist organisations in Europe and the United States. These organisations were, in varying degrees, subject to Communist influence and GIBART himself had close Communist connections and was reported to have been a Comintern Agent before the Second World War
