This document was given to the PRO via the Devon Record Office, 26 Nov 1997. It was a gift from Miss JB Parkinson of Edgmond, Shropshire, who bought it in an auction in Bishops Stortford. It is thought to have been originally in the Duchy of Cornwall Record Office, which was not returned after evacuation during World War II.
