Japanese diplomatic messages between Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tokyo, and Japanese diplomatic posts abroad, mainly those in Kabul and the Vatican. Messages were mainly of intelligence and security interest and Section V (Roman Five) of MI6 was the main recipient. Messages were mostly quite old, when decrypted.
