Plaintiffs: Sir John Emerich Edward Dalberg Acton bart, infant by his next friend.

Defendants: Dame Marie Louise Pelline de Dalberg Acton, now Marie Louise Pelline de Dalberg Granville the wife of [Granville Leveson-Gower] Earl Granville.

AND.

Plaintiffs: Humphrey Hinton and Edward Jeffrey (since deceased) on behalf of themselves and other creditors of Sir Frederick Richard Dalberg Acton bart deceased.

Defendants: Dame Marie Louise Pelline de Dalberg Acton, now Countess Granville and Sir John Emerich Edward Dalberg Acton bart by his guardian.
