Plaintiffs: Charles Bowyer Adderley, late an infant by Sir Edmund Cradock Hartopp bart (since deceased) his next friend.

Defendants: Anna Maria Adderley (since deceased) and Edmund James Adderley, Anna Maria Letitia Adderley and Mary Adderley, infants by their guardian Ralph Adderley, Arden Adderley, William Spooner, William Palmer, Edmund Cradock Hartopp, Bowyer Adderley and Berkeley Octavius Noel and Letitia Penelope Noel his wife.
