Plaintiffs: Edward Pierce and Harriett Duncan Pierce, Jane Frances Mitchell Pierce, Edward Mitchell Pierce, George Henry Pierce and John Harvey Pierce, infants by said Edward Pierce their father and next friend and Joseph Walker and Jane Walker his wife late Jane Pierce, spinster, George Way and Elizabeth Way his wife late Elizabeth Pierce, spinster, Frances Pierce, spinster and Henrietta Braddock and Jane Elizabeth Frances Miller Peers.

Defendants: Charles Peers and Mary Ann Peers his wife and Henry Miller Pierce, John Harvey Pierce, Jane Pierce, Susan Pierce, James Pierce, Henry Pierce, Edward Pierce and William Pierce, Fanny Pierce and Mary Reynolds Pierce.
