Plaintiffs: Mary Pendry Doddrell, spinster and Daniel Taylor Doddrell, Clementina Doddrell, Edward Doddrell and Charles Taylor Doddrell all of Bristol, infants by Mary Pendry Doddrell their sister and next friend.

Defendants: James Antrobus, Henry Haythorne, Owen Perrott, Mary Septia Doddrell and Conrad William Fenzell and Ann Taylor Fenzell his wife.

Subject: personal, freehold and leasehold estates of Thomas Daniel Doddrell, deceased, testator in Bristol and Bedminster, Somerset.
