Defendants: Thomas Henry Sutton Sotheron, Richard Greaves Townley, Revd William Gale Townley, Thomas Richmond Gale Braddyll, Edward Richmond Stanley Gale Braddyll and Clarence Braddyll.

Plaintiffs: George Shaw Petty and William Postlethwaite.
