Defendants: James Meyrick, esq, John Meyrick, esq, John Trotter, esq and Nathaniel Jeffries, esq since deceased, the other executors of said James Meyrick, testator, James Trotter, esq and Elizabeth Trotter his wife, Samuel Waring, esq and Mary Waring his wife.
