Accounts in:

Short title: Hervey v Coppleston.

Plaintiffs: John Hervey, esq, sole executor of John Bouverie, esq deceased and administrator of Thomas Coppleston alias Thomas Copleston, esq deceased, of goods left unadministred by said John Bouverie, esq.

Defendants: Rebecca Coppleston alias Rebecca Copleston, spinster, Gertrude Hurrell, Nicholas Prideaux, James Veale and Mary Veale his wife, John Wise.

Subject: estates in Yealmpton, Newton Ferrers, Ermington and Withecombe, manor of Brixton English and a dairy in Bowdon [Bowden], Yealmpton, Devon.

Details: list of tenants and rents, receipts, disbursements, profits of the dairy, allowances for housekeeping of the dairy.
