Accounts in:

Short title: Hall v Hall.

Plaintiffs: Philip Hall, esq, only son and heir of Sir Philip Hall kt deceased, infant, by Henry Hall the younger, esq, his next friend.

Defendants: Sarah Hall, Philippa Hall and Elizabeth Hall, the three daughters of said Sir Philip Hall kt deceased, all infants by Thomas Boone their guardian, John Millner and Thomas Bones, esq.

AND.

Plaintiffs: Sarah Hall, Philippa Hall and Elizabeth Hall by Thomas Boone their next friend.

Defendants: Philip Hall an infant by Henry Hall the younger, esq.
