Plaintiffs: Thomas Vernon, only son and heir of Bowater Vernon deceased, infant, by Emma Robinson his grandmother and next friend.

Defendants: Jane Vernon, widow and executrix of said Bowater Vernon deceased, Richard Vernon, son and heir of Richard Vernon gent deceased, Thomas Vernon second son and sole executor of said Richard Vernon, deceased and also administrator Thomas Vernon, esq deceased, William Bromley, esq, WIlliam [Coventry] Earl of Coventry, Dennis Payne, clerk, Sir More Mollineux bart, Jasper Blythman, James Brazier, Rachael Vernon widow, Thomas Whitfield and Hannah Whitfield his wife.

AND.

Plaintiffs: Jane Vernon widow.

Defendants: Thomas Vernon an infant, son and heir of Bowater Vernon, esq deceased by Emma Robinson his grandmother and next friend, Richard Vernon and Thomas Vernon.
