Plaintiffs: John Stevens, Sarah Sophia West (the wife of Edward West, a defendant) and Thomas Stevens, infants, by said John Stevens their brother and next friend.

Defendants: Mary Ann Stevens, George Stevens, William Stevents, Thomas Hunt and Mary Ann Hunt his wife and Edward West.
