Sent by Sir Frank C Lascelles, the British Embassy, Berlin (ref 78) on 16/08/1906.

Transmits copy of note to German government respecting assurances that HMG would raise no objection to future regulation of boundary between Congo State and German East Africa (includes printed copy).
