Description

John Wilson Croker. Elizabeth Baker, widow of William Baker, a reduced House Carpenter in Portsmouth yard, has petitioned for the usual pension on the ground that her husband's death was occasioned by his foot being frost bitten while on duty as a watchman on 17th January. Are sending the relevant papers and reports and ask for directions.
