John Wilson Croker. Report on the accounts of the Hon. George Villiers, Paymaster of the Royal Marines, from January 1805, to which day they have been passed, to January 1810, when he resigned from office. It appears Mr Waters, his Chief Clerk, had no serious intention of making up the accounts. In August 1813 we received a general statement of them, made up by Mr Lewis, an accountant employed by him, but we found problems with these. Report on the input by Mr Harrison, a Secretary of the Treasury, Mr Jacques, one of Mr Villier's clerks and Mr Hanroll, a solicitor employed by him and account details.
