The Memorial of the Masters of the Royal Navy stating that recent regulations make their pension situation, and that of their widows, inferior to that of Junior Lieutenants. Out contributions to Greenwich are great, although we do not derive benefits as do Admirals, Captains, Commanders and Lieutenants. Give details of our service, qualifications and pay and ask for recommendation to be made to the Prince Regent, for such relief as you consider proper.
