John Wilson Croker. Are returning a letter from Rear Admiral Sir John Gore on the restriction in advertisements we issue, that all Officers in HM Navy shall present a certificate of their having subscribed the test and taken the Oath of Allegiance before receiving their half pay. It is unnecessary for Sir John Gore's agent to be furnished with his certificate a second time.
