Description

J.W. Croker. Anchors of varying weights have been made on Mr. Pering's principle and dispatched to the Caledonia and the Ville de Paris but they have been unable to test them. Reports on other anchors made on the same principle are enclosed with a copy report from the Plymouth Officers.
