Extract of a joint report from Messrs. Holl and Roebuck on repairs to telegraph houses previously identified were slight and have been carried out at modest cost. Due to the Peace, it is argued that demands on telegraph stations will lessen requiring the assistance of a single hired Labourer. Extensive alterations are considered unnecessary but the construction of a chimney is recommended. A forecast of the cost of on-going maintenance is given.
