John Wilson Croker. Are sending an estimate of the charge of wages, victuals, Wear and Tear and Ordnance for 70,000 men including 15,000 Royal Marines, to serve in HM Fleet for 13 lunar months commencing 1 January 1815. We include the Commissioner for Victualling's recommendation on the proportion appropriate for the ports of London, Portsmouth, Plymouth, Dover and Cork.
