Description

John Wilson Croker. Mr Sykes asked for Lieutenant James Brown, to be paid as Commander of the HM Cutter Entreprenante from the time he commanded her, without passing accounts. Give the dates of his service and deficiencies in the accounts and receipts received. Opine he may be paid without passing accounts.
