Description

John Wilson Croker. Mr Bayley has stated that the £6,700 offered for about 60 acrres of his land in Swanscombe Level is not considered its full value, but he would accept £7,000 provided he was allowed to occupy it until wanted, at a fair rent. On consulting Mr Holl, he has opined this is not unreasonable. Ask whether the purchase is to be made.
