Description

John Wilson Croker. Are sending an estimate of the wages, victuals, wear and tear and ordnance for 140,000 men, including Marines, to serve in HM fleet for 13 lunar months from 1 January 1814. The distribution between London, Portsmouth, Plymouth, Dover and Cork is given.
