Description

William Wesley Pole. When we wrote about the ship Scholar, we were aware of William Wilson being employed as an agent for Mr Solly and of the application which had been made to Lord Mulgrave respecting him. We would not have referred this matter, but for the fact that he was not in any way concerned with the Scholar, or with the Mr Wilson, who is said to be the owner.
