Evan Nepean. Have prepared the account of the remittances made and all bills drawn and accepted for the war in the West Indies, continent of Europe, the Island of Corsica and other parts of the world, in the last 4 years, to be laid before the Secret Committee of the House of Lords but point out that if the account had been prepared in detail, as desired by the Treasury, it would have taken a considerable time, so have prepared it in an abstracted manner and ask for approval.
