Captains in Admiral Barrington's squadron of men, who were raised between the breaking of the impress and the Proclamation allowing bounty, advise the Board that the Admiralty has granted a bounty to such men and ask for orders to be given to the Clerk of the Cheque at Plymouth to pay them. Ask for directions.
