Description

Philip Stephens. Captains in Admiral Barrington's squadron of men, who were raised between the breaking of the impress and the Proclamation allowing bounty, advise the Board that the Admiralty has granted a bounty to such men and ask for orders to be given to the Clerk of the Cheque at Plymouth to pay them. Ask for directions.
