Description

Philip Stephens. Captain Carteret of the Endymion has asked for her crew to be increased. Opine the present class of 44-gun ships do not have sufficient men for the defence and working of the ship. Propose an addition of 2 Midshipmen, 1 Boatswain's Mate and 17 men to their present compliment.
