Description

Philip Stephens. Daniel Hills has asked to be paid for the time he was Master of the Foudroyant, by order of Sir Thomas Pye. He was on the books from December 1778 to February 1779, whilst the proper Master was attending the trial of Admiral Kepple. Mr. Hills should be paid for the time served.
