Philip Stephens. Mr. Wheatley, owner of the Charming Sally transport, that was taken whilst on passage from Halifax, reports that a Lieutenant Lynn, who was castaway in a prize belonging to the Dispatch, off Cape Sable and taken up by the Charming Sally, was on board at the time of the capture and has written to the Admiralty on the subject. Ask for a copy of the letter to make a decision on whether the owners are entitled to be paid for the ship.
