Philip Stephens. Mr. Powditch, Master of the True Briton informs us that when at Witacar Beacon, on passage to Shields under convoy of the Guarland, they were overtaken by the Alarm cutter and ordered back to the Nore. He is now awaiting convoy to Shields with the stores for the Syren on board.
