Copy letter from Michael Henley, to the Board. His ship, the Henley, Robert Dixon, Master, arrived at Portsmouth on the 23rd to supply coal. On the same day her Mate, Carpenter, 2 men before the mast and 4 apprentices were pressed so he cannot comply with his contract. The Polly, Francis Cockson, Master, the Elizabeth, John Smith, Master, have also lost men. Asks for his men to be released as no further deliveries can be made. From the Henley: James Hurton, Mate, Alexander Scott, Henry Bone, Thomas Bloy, and Thomas Atkinson and from the Polly: John Sinclair, Mate, James Hall, servant only 15 years old..
