Description

John Russell, the Scorpion, Brunswick town and port on Cape Fear river, North Carolina. Has hove down, cleaned, graved and refitted the sloop and is sending the accounts of the cost and charges. Has drawn bills of exchange, payable to Richard Quince, merchant, for workmen, materials and Naval stores and ask for them to be accepted
