Description

William Marsden. Mr. James, pro-Consul at Naples, has introduced a charged in his accounts for subsistence paid to John Park, Master of the late British merchant ship the Columba, lost at Leghorn, for which he has sent receipts. Ask for directions as the current limit for subsistence is less than he has charged. Have tried to contact the owner of the ship to call on him for repayment.
