Description

William Marsden. Thomas Keen is shown on the books of the Galgo: entered in June 1802 as Midshipman, and discharged in November 1802 by Admiralty order for absenting himself from duty and enticing others to do so. Captain Dod of the Galgo, has written that he has received Admiralty permission to erase the notation from Mr. Keen's name and asks the Navy Board to do likewise on the books in its office.
