Petition from Isaac Westhorp. He has already made two memorials stating that he was discharged for refusing to work up the River, for which misconduct he is extremely sorry. He asks for his good character for his previous service and six years at Gibraltar to be taken into account, and for a reply to his two previous requests as his wife is waiting at the door.
