Description

Messrs. Forsythe, Smith and Company to Mr. Inglefield ask for a convoy for the Rosina, loading timber for the careening yard at Jamaica and for the Duke of Kent and the Young William, loading timber for yards in England. Vice Admiral Sir Andrew Mitchell, the Commander-in-Chief, says he has insufficient vessels to enable him to offer one at present but will do so when he can.
