William Marsden. Captain Edward Mitchell of the Inspector sloop has sent a report on his pay during his sickness. He is open on the last book received from the ship, which ends 3rd June 1804, but no book has been received, which mentions his illness. If he is ill more than 6 weeks, he will be entitled to sick pay only from the end of his illness until he rejoins his ship. On Captain Mitchell passing his accounts, including the time the acting Captain has served, the two Captains will be paid according to Naval regulations.
