William Marsden. Lieutenant Francis Collins, late of the Dolphin, was wounded on the 8th March 1801 and has applied to be allowed full pay from 19th June 1801, the day of his discharge from the Dolphin until 1st June 1804, under the order in Council of January 1730, which provides for the continuance in pay of Officers wounded in a fight during the time they have lain under care. He has sent a certificate from Surgeon Heaviside of 25th August 1804 that Mr. Collins had been under his care from 31st December 1801 to 21st June 1804, and is yet incapable of duty. Ask whether he should be allowed full pay beyond the 6th April 1804, when he was reported incapable of duty.
