William Marsden. The Beschermer is to be paid when she arrives at the Nore. The pay books were prepared and sent to Sheerness on 24th June and those for the Plover were not received until the 11th June and were forwarded to Plymouth on 4th July. Commissioner Fanshawe's letter was received on the 3rd advising the Plover arrived on 30th June.
