Description

William Marsden. Mr. Aylen, Overseer of the Swiftsure, building for the Navy at Bucklers Hard, advises the craftsmen there are now on duty for a fortnight with the volunteer corps and this means a delay in the launch of the Swiftsure. He has asked whether any steps can be taken to prevent this from happening.
