Description

William Marsden. The accounts of Admiral Parker show a charge for an interpreter and translator, which have not appeared in the accounts of the Admiral's predecessors at Jamaica. As they have not received a reply to their letter about missing stationery, they are unable to reply to that part of the Admiralty's query.
