William Marsden. Pay books have been made out for the Expedition cutter and an order given to pay the vessel to December 1796, when she was supposed to be lost. If the agent to Lieutenant Raper applies with the necessary certificate, showing that the accounts had been passed, the wages due to him can be paid.
