William Marsden. The Consul at Elsinore has sent an account of disbursements for subsistence of Seamen. The first group made by Mr. Fenwick, include Pilotage charges for recovery of the launch of the Hound sloop, hospital expenses for AB John Welsh of the Hound, funeral expenses of John Welsh, subsistence and slops supplied to a Boatswain's Mate and 7 Marines, and medicines for the men late of the Minerva, a certificate from Captain Maxwell that the launch belonging to his ship was collected and other disbursements, which appear to be reasonable.
