Description

William Marsden. The agent to A Sparks asks to be paid for the time he acted as boatswain on the Aurora. The records show that Alexander Sparks was entered as Boatswain in September 1800 and he was drowned in September 1801. As there was a vacancy during this time, recommend that Mr. Sparks is paid with compensation for two servants for the time he was in position.
