William Marsden. Messrs. Hamon, Henslow and Markham of the Board suggest the cause for the complaint made by the Plymouth Shipwrights, could be removed. They petitioned on the 6th about the number of hours they have to work. Suggest breaks for summer (14th April to 30th September) and winter (1 October to 30th March) hours of work and breakfast (1/2 hour) and dinner (1 hour)
